Hospital of the Soul

Dream:

In the dream (2009.07.15) I met up with an old friend for a reunion of some kind but ended up following her to the airport & flew to another African country (I think it was Zambia) for an employment opportunity. As we arrived in that country we entered an enormous hospital right next to the airport and enrolled to be employed there. To my surprise everyone who worked there spoke Afrikaans. Because we were not citizens of that country, we were ‘secretly’ employed. All the new recruits were given an induction file and taken on a tour through the hospital, which was a huge building with long corridors & many stories – very clean & new-looking with white walls & stairways, steel railings & rows of clear windows thru which you could see yet another section of the hospital. In one of the wards I marveled at how there seemed to be more employees that patients – the patients just quietly lying in their beds while the staff milled about working & chattering.

Interpretation:Though this dream speaks also of the work of regeneration that the Lord is effecting within my soul, I would like to share with you some points that the Spirit ministered to me regarding the time and place in which we currently find ourselves – being the Second 8th Week and the Covenant of Jesus Christ or you could say the time of the Latter Day Rain and the Revival of the Church.

Even as I woke from this dream, I was wondering to myself: why such a huge new hospital for so few patients; and why continually employ even more people; and why employ only Afrikaans people in a country that does not speak the language, or who’s employment must remain hidden for lack of citizenship?

If we look at the S8W Dream Glossary definition for Hospital (HOSPITAL: Place of healing; in Christ our redemption is complete. Hospitals are a thoughtfully prepared and controlled environment which removes contamination's which would impede the healing process. This is what the Lord has provided for us within the framework of His truth), we can see how the hospital in the dream speaks of this perfect environment for the healing of our iniquity-diseased souls, that being the Second Covenant. The size & newness of the hospital therefore, speaks of that which God has already prepared and set in place in full readiness for the influx of new patients (newly converted Christians) that will enter into covenant with God in great number as a result of this time of power, as His grace is multiplied upon the Earth.

The hospital workers and new people still being employed speak of the harvest labourers. All of us who are being ‘schooled in faith’ are as the new employees receiving the induction file. As we study the doctrine of Christ and remain active in our priesthood, we are being prepared in the rules of conduct, standing instructions, ethics and protocol of this ‘place of employment’. This speaks of the anointing – the foundation of Truth that is being set in our hearts by living apostles. And even as a hospital requires a great number of skilled employees (e.g. doctors, nurses, cleaners, etc) to function in their specific tasks in order for the hospital to function optimally, so too each member in Christ from the greatest to the least, form part in the wholeness of the Body. 1Cor 12:18-20 ‘But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him. And if they were all one member, where were the body? But now are they many members, yet but one body.’ This denotes great responsibility, for even as those in Government uphold the Headship of Christ; those in the Body uphold the arms of Government. We all have a part to play – of great enough importance for the Lord to have called us by His grace, and chosen us by faith; therefore, let us also be faithful. Rev 17:14 ‘…for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.’

Everyone who worked there speaking Afrikaans, points to the unity of Faith – we all ‘speak the same thing’, which is evident as we go thru spiritual – and language retooling as the foundation knowledge of Jesus Christ is laid within the heart. ‘We all speak a language which unite us to God and one another and brings forth cleansing and deliverance from false knowledge.’ (Dream panel feedback) It speaks of conformity to Truth - which is mandatory for our growth – anointing, ordination unto confirmation of calling. We speak one language, TRUTH, which is not one of the many languages of this world (Satan’s lies / doctrines of men / doctrines of devils / wisdom of the world / philosophies of man, etc…), for tho IN the world, we are not OF the world. Ours is the citizenship of Heaven; the Bosom of the Father being both our origin and destiny. Therefore we are cautioned to be circumspect in our dealings in this place of our sojourning. Mat 10:16 ‘Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.’

I offer these spiritual sacrifices for your edification, refreshing and increase:

Blessed are they who hear the Voice of the Lord and obey as good and faithful servants, for they shall receive a greater reward than that of servants, being the inheritance of heirs.

Jesus Christ is our Propitiation - the Mediator of this covenant; and our Doctor – the Healer of our soul.
