Documenting the Prophetic Move of God in these Last Days

The letters began to pour in from all over Africa and abroad soon after a local newspaper printed an article about a photograph taken by Evangelist Connie Van Wyk of Second 8th Week Ministries. The photo was of a huge trumpet in the sky of Mossel Bay South Africa. This was not a cloud formation, but as you can see in the photo, a clear and unmistakable trumpet. The photograph is authentic and has not been edited in any way.

Public reaction to the photo has been phenomenal and people are sharing what God has revealed to them about it. One woman sent in a photo she took of what she saw in the sky here in South Africa: a Shepherd holding a lamb. As you can see in this photo, this is not a cloud formation, but a clear image of Jesus holding a lamb. The newspaper ran a follow-up article to the Trumpet Call article with this picture "Shepherd in the Sky".

An interesting comment was made by the editor of the Mossel Bay Advertiser, Ms Suzette Herrer when taking a closer look at the photograph of the Shepherd in the Sky, that the bright white light in the background formed the same shape of South Africa on a world map and also that the point where the elbow of the Shepherd starts, marks the point of Mossel Bay. Many who have seen the photograph have made the same comment, and believe that God has given a significant SIGN that should be heeded. [quote]

People are starting to talk about how God is moving in Mossel Bay, South Africa. The prophetic trail of this divine, end times initiative began with the biblical prophet Enoch and progresses to phenomenal signs, wonders, and healings that are now taking place in Second 8th Week Ministries, which is located in Mossel Bay.

God’s Clock: Knowing the Time in Which we are Living

The prophetic tracks of God’s spotlight on Mossel Bay was laid by the biblical prophet Enoch, whose prophetic insight is coming alive in our day. Enoch foresaw God’s final move upon the earth, the separation of the wheat from the tares, the restoration of the church, the end time revival, and the emergence of the Antichrist.

God gave Enoch a time line of the ages known as the Weeks of Enoch. It is important for us to know where we are at on God’s timeline if we are to identify the work of God when it begins and with great joy embrace it. If you are not familiar with the Weeks of Enoch, I encourage you to watch the Video "The Weeks of Enoch and the Second 8th Week." We have now entered into the Second 8th Week prophesied by Enoch:

1 Enoch 91:12

"Then after that there shall occur the Second 8th Week; the week of righteousness. A sword shall be given to it in order that judgment shall be executed in righteousness on the oppressors, and sinners shall be delivered into the hands of the righteous."

The Second 8th Week is marked by transition. God is transitioning the church back to the covenant of Jesus Christ, removing from faith every tradition of man that Satan sowed, returning the church to the priesthood of Jesus Christ, and giving the church mobility to preach this restored gospel to the world to purify unto God a people for Himself.

What is of interest concerning the Second 8th Week is that a jubilee accompanies each week. According to the Bible, a jubilee is a time where God visits the earth to restore all things of Christ back to the church. The time of jubilee is announced by a TRUMPET, "Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the Day of Atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land" (Lev.25:9).

The Trumpet Call

People who have seen these photos of the Trumpet Call and the photo of the Shepherd in the Sky say that it is a sign from God that He has chosen Mossel Bay to begin the global work of restoration and transition the church so desperately needs.

The fact that 2 trumpets were seen and photographed is phenomenal when one takes into consideration that the Bible talks about God also speaking with the voice of a trumpet to call an assembly, to gather the people to Him as we read in Exodus 19:13, "There shall not an hand touch it, but he shall surely be stoned, or shot through; whether it be beast or man, it shall not live: when the trumpet soundeth long, they shall come up to the mount."

There is no doubt that this phenomenon in the sky is God’s trumpet call to the nations, to gather a people to Himself. This is God’s last call to the nations to come into covenant with Him.

God’s Trumpet Call is also going out to the church, announcing the time to gather together into one faith. God is challenging and rejecting man’s efforts to call themselves into unity, and He is opening the door for every believer to answer His call to unity.

Prophetic Word

"Strengthen the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees. Say to them that are of a fearful heart, BE STRONG --- FEAR NOT --- BEHOLD YOUR GOD will come with VENGENCE, even God with a RECOMPENSE; He will come and save you:

THEN the eyes of the BLIND will be opened;
THEN the LAME shall leap;
THEN the TONGUE of the DUMB shall sing;
For in the WILDERNESS shall waters break out, and streams in the dessert.

WHO is the BLIND? WHO is the LAME? WHO is the DUMB? Is it not she that dwells in the wilderness saith the Lord? Is it not she that looked for paths I did not give her, she that waits for the comforts of her lover.

But I will break forth with vengeance and my sign shall be upon you – the day of recompense – for at the time of my coming forth the blind shall see, the lame will walk and those who knew me not, my word shall be upon their lips as the song of the righteous." I think God’s message is clear. Many ministers have tried to initiate a "revival" by exciting the people. People who come to these meetings expecting a true and genuine move of God leave frustrated and unclear of God’s direction. A true revival is marked by God’s visitation.

A true revival is not random meetings here and there that take place for 3 weeks and then stop, it is a sustained, progressive move of God that fulfills prophecy to restore the church to Christ, to the stewardship of apostles, to the doctrine of Christ in purity; and restores the priesthood of the believer.

A true revival gives function and purpose, and gives knowledge to the people to bring them out of bondage. False revivals and false prophetic movements focus on placing a phenomena on a common event such as concrete buckling. And then try to construct a prophetic word for the nation and the world by that sign. But it holds no meaning with God and does not fall into the Prophetic Path we see unfolding in the Second 8th Week.

As Christians answer the call of God and come here for their training and cleansing we are seeing the miraculous take place.

Why Mossel Bay, South Africa?

Many prophecies and revelations state that there shall be a great revival and it will start in the Cape Province. Most South Africans are very familiar with the man who they regard as a prophet. His name is Siener van Rensburg. From 1871 unto his death in 1926 he had more than700 visions about the future of South Africa, other nations, as well as world events.

He prophesied with such great accuracy that the following words have become part of the Afrikaner nation’s daily debates: "‘Seer’ Van Rensburg said so..."

He prophesied of the pandemic flue of 1918, England’s loss of all her colonies, the independence of Ireland, the Chernobyl disaster of 1986, Princess Dianna’s divorce and death, "a beautiful English Lady in a car accident who would be mourned by the whole world," and about the bankruptcy and debt of America and England.

Although most of his visions were of world events, politics, and war, there are 2 particular revelations that he received that he could not place that may be of interest to us today and could possibly tie in with the current visions in the South African sky.

In 1924 he wrote, "I saw a peculiar procession of people; I see a wagon wheel roll out of the Cape Province over the whole of South Africa and I see a large crowd of people that come together. This is far in the future and I do not think it is a war."

van Rensburg also said that the second coming of the Lord, being a jubilee year, will cause the borders of South Africa to extend beyond Zimbabwe and Namibia.

Apostle Rina Bekker of Second 8th Week Ministries who launched one of South Africa’s newest Apostolic movements here in Mossel Bay 10 years ago, believes there is a spiritual link that threads these prophecies to what she sees God doing in the Second 8th Week.

"I believe there is a direct link to the Trumpet Call photos, the Shepherd in the Sky photo and the vanRansburg prophesies. I believe that God has spoken to us through his words. There are things he saw in the future about South Africa that he could not place with the rest of his prophecies.

"This procession of people he sees and a large crowd of people speaks of God calling the masses and drawing people to this area to begin His work. I have seen it in the Spirit—God has showed it to me. Fifteen years ago God revealed to me that His revival will start in Mossel Bay and then spread out. And as God increases His signs and work, the message and power will roll out like a wheel into Cape Town, into Port Elizabeth, and then into the rest of Africa and the world."

"Van Rensburg also saw that 'thousands of Christians are leaving Europe to come to South Africa. He saw the tents of these people from the CAPE to the Kalahari and Namibië, from Durban to the Mosambique (Maputu). These tents will give temporary residence to Christians, because South Africa will be in these times not only the safest place on earth, but also the only Christian country (From: ‘Stem van die Profeet’ deur Adriaan Snyman).' We are living in the time of the fulfillment of prophecy."

"If you look at the wheel in vanRansburg’s prophecy you can also see the connection to the many words coming out in our apostolic meetings for the last few months. The Lord has spoken of "the wheel of mobility", "mobility", "the mobilization of the church." God spoke to me in January of 2010 and said, "I am mobilizing my church."

"The church is at a very bad place, spiritual speaking, and needs to come back to God’s divine order for faith, which is His covenant. We are receiving letters from people all over Africa who viewed either the Trumpet Call photo or the Shepherd in the Sky photo, confirming the things that God is revealing. International responses are now coming in as well," Apostle Rina added.

Prophetic Path of the Second 8th Week

What began in prophecy through the prophet Enoch as a wave has reached the shore of time and the thunder of the wave is heard by those on shore. Now is the time of God’s fulfillment. Prepare your hearts to come into covenant with God.

What you will find on these pages are dreams, visions, angelic encounters, spiritual power, and prophetic utterances that confirm the move of God in the Second 8th Week. God said, "Behold, I and the children whom the Lord hath given me are for signs and for wonders" (Isaiah 8:18).

Since Friday, 4 January, the enquiries (about the 2 photos The Trumpet Call and The Shepherd in the Sky), has increased to the extent that even international interest in the stories is flowing in daily. The Mossel Bay Advertiser is currently handling many daily requests for the articles to be emailed accompanied with the photographs to them.

This is the first time the Mossel Bay Advertiser had drawn so much attention worldwide with an article published in this newspaper.

The photographer of the Sheppard in the Sky photo this week said to the Mossel Bay Advertiser that since the publication of the photograph, she is handling over 200 text messages per day – just to send the original photograph to people that is calling her to have it. She said that since the article was posted, she kept a notebook on the people requesting the original photograph, and has since send out over 4000 text messages.

Since the articles were published, Mossel Bay Advertiser has received daily reports on dreams, visions and even prophecies of readers, all over the world which is send to the newspaper and where possible, follow up stories are published.

It came to the attention of the Mossel Bay Advertiser that the international and national interest in these stories has started because of the original story being published on Facebook. From there many people have copied the article into email messages sending it out into the world. The message, loud and clear, has since reach all ends of the world, as far as even Saudi Arabia and elsewhere.
